The services to the retirees are constantly being expanded and a good relationship has been established with Polmed. This contributed to establishing a service at the
ECF’s offices, during which a Medscheme representative is available Tuesdays 9:00 – 13:00 and a ECF staff member is available from Monday to Thursday 8:00 – 15:30 and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00 to assist members with inquiries and problems.
